Rights issue

At the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of Beijer Electronics Group AB (publ) on September 1, 2017, the meeting resolved to approve the resolution by the Board of Directors from 14 July 2017 to issue new shares with preferential rights for the existing shareholders.
