Financial targets

   
In the past ten years, Beijer Electronics has increased sales from 391 MSEK in 2000, to 1,232 MSEK in 2010 and with profitability of some 10% (EBIT). Successful acquisitions, a growing share of self-developed products and a successful focus in Asia are some of the explanations.

Growth and profitability targets remain high for the future, with growth of over 15% and EBIT of at least 10% over a full business cycle as goals for the whole group.

For each business area, the highest growth is expected in HMI Products with growth of > 15% and EBIT of 13%, and IDC with growth of > 15% and EBIT of 12 %, while we expect somewhat slower progress for the Automation business area over a business cycle with growth of > 5% and EBIT of 8 %.
