The Swedish Code of Corporate Governance will be applied by Beijer Electronics AB. The Code will gradually be established and fully implemented in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting 2009.

Beijer Electronics AB is listed on the OMX Nordic Stock Exchange Stockholm Small Cap–list. The market cap. is (approx.) 0.5 billion SEK.
