Human Resources Philosophy

Beijer Electronics’ staff generate its profit and create shareholder value for the long term. Beijer Electronics must be able to offer attractive terms and conditions, and a favorable workplace with attractive developmental prospects in terms of personal progress and remuneration, in order to retain and hire skilled staff.

Staff undergo various training programs in-house and externally on a continuous basis. Skills and commitment are the key concepts of the group’s human resources philosophy. Openness and delegated responsibility are central to the corporation’s working methods.
